About the event

Curious about the Bible’s most controversial topics? Join us in the Fireside Room for a six-week exploration of Dan Kimball’s “How (Not) to Read the Bible” starting September 8th at 11:30 am. For a $10 donation, you can grab a copy in the library starting August 25th. Led by David Laubach, Kerry Beauchaine, Carolyn Brothers, and Jim Eagon, this study will dive into “Making sense of the Anti-women, anti-science, pro-violence, pro-slavery, and other crazy-sounding parts of scripture.”
